Lately Avalon has gotten to do lots of dressing up. Two of her friends have had princess themed birthday parties and another friend had a costume birthday party. I found this cowgirl outfit on clearance and I couldn't resist buying it. Some dear friends lent us pink boots and a pink hat to complete the outfit. Surprise! Avalon is in love with the boots. :)
Ouma came to visit and help out with the girls at the end of October. She took part in some of the fall festivities with us and we enjoyed having her here!
We went with our Life Group to a fall festival at a local church. Not that you can tell from the picture, but Avalon and Jacob really are good friends. They love playing together, but apparently they don't enjoy taking pictures together.

You may see this one again on our family Christmas card. We'll see if we get another good one at Thanksgiving..
